Led by me, Jean Linda Balke, AERA combines two decades of brand strategy and creative direction across global luxury with a devotion to beauty as lived experience. Most projects are guided directly by me, and when needed, I collaborate with trusted partners in design, research, and technology to deliver depth and precision.

I bring experience across New York, London, LA, Berlin, and Cape Town, from campaigns for Swarovski and communications for Rosewood Hotels to curating TEDx experiences and founding an international fine jewelry label and concept store. These chapters taught me both the inside reality of building brands and the outside view of guiding them.

Central to my work is the Brand Clarity Method: a three-phase process: Diagnose, Alignment, Activation - that closes what I call the Experience Gap and turns clarity into momentum.
